1. SHIPMENT METHOD AND TIMES
We Ship Worldwide!
All packages are shipped from Belarus with priority registered mail - this ensures that you will get the detailed tracking info all the time and you will exactly know what happens with your package.
The shipping time varies and depends on your country of residence.
2. SHIPMENT COSTS
The shipping cost in our store are dependent on the items weigh, destination country and shipping method. Therefore you will get the shipment price as soon as you put your item to the cart and choose the delivery address (before making the order).
3. PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY
We strive to get your merchandise to you as fast as possible, but sometimes parcel carriers can take longer than expected. Please continue to monitor your tracking as this is the best way to know when it will arrive.
In case you don't get the order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@rockmark.eu and we will track down the problem and help you. In case the package is missing (which is usually not happening) we will either resend the order.
4. RETURNED ORDERS
Should we receive a returned order, we will contact you on that matter right away.
If the order has been returned due to a mistake on our side (address or customs information error, invalid recipient, etc), we will be happy to re-send your order, free of charge.
If the order has been returned upon non-receiving or inability of your local postage provider to set up the delivery to you, we will contact you to organise a paid re-send.
